Fundraising for Non-Profits … Using the Internet?
In today’s fast paced world, anything that can be done to make things more convenient for our customers will
result in increased sales. This rule also applies to the fund-raising campaigns that are the
lifeblood of many non-profits. When compared to traditional, mail-based campaigns, the
Internet provides an option that delivers convenience, while reducing the campaign’s overall cost.
This program will provide an overview of developing a successful Internet-based campaign that will augment,
or replace your existing mail-based campaigns.
Objectives
- Understand the benefits of using the Internet as a fundraising vehicle
- Identify the critical steps that must be taken before getting started
- Understand how to successfully communicate the benefits of Internet fundraising to your donors
- Understand how to successfully address security concerns
- Discuss and demonstrate real world examples of success
