Project Level Management and Consulting:   Services are billed at a rate of $100/hour.  The total fee is based on, and will not exceed, the project cost estimate that is provided to the client.

Strategic Level Management and Consulting:   Services are also billed at a rate of $100/hour.  Due to administrative costs, there is a minimum initial purchase of 10 hours into the client’s bank.  After this initial purchase, hours can be added in any increment.

Educational Programs (private seminar, held at client’s facility):   Services are billed at a rate of $300 for the lecture/question and answer session.  The addition of a focused round table session is billed at a rate of $100/hour.

Educational Programs (open to the public):   These seminars are priced per-person, based on the nature of the program. Please check this website often as new seminars will be announced soon.

Policies

Hourly services (Project Level Management and Consulting, Strategic Level Management and Consulting, Round Table Sessions) are billed in 30-minute intervals.

Travel to On-Site Appointments

• There is no charge for travel to facilities within 25 miles of the metropolitan Pittsburgh area.
• Travel to facilities located between 25 miles and 100 miles from the metropolitan Pittsburgh area requires automobile mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate.  There is a two-hour minimum commitment for this type of appointment.
• Travel to facilities that are located more than 100 miles from the metropolitan Pittsburgh area requires reimbursement for the least costly method of travel (air vs. automobile).  There is a four-hour minimum commitment for this type of appointment.
• For engagements that require an overnight stay, hotel costs, plus a daily per-diem of $45 is required.
