Managing Technical Vendors
The lack of effective communication and mutual understanding can damage the important relationships between
your business and the vendors that provide you with products and services. This statement is
particularly true in the world of technology, where these products and services tend to come at a higher cost.
The fact of the matter is that an unsuccessful endeavor is bad for everyone involved, and is also easily prevented.
This program will provide participants with the techniques necessary to ensure effective communication and mutual
understanding among all parties involved in a client/vendor relationship.  These techniques will lead to
strong, long-term, relationships that will benefit your business as well as that of your vendors.
